Hosting an MEP

To host an MEP:

o1. Post a thread in the "MEP Ideas" forum
o2. If at least 3 or 4 people are into it, you can go ahead and post a thread in the "Open MEP's" Section.
o3. If you're hosting it, you decide everything (mash, crossover, cannon, theme, textures allowed, repeating characters allowed, etc).
